Friday Freebies is Back for Another School Year!

Last year, we began Common Core Freebie Fridays and featured activities and resources for grades K-12 that you could use in your classroom. We are excited to continue Freebie Friday this year. Our goal is to share free resources for teachers in three grade level groups: K-2, 3-5, and 6-12. So enough writing, let's get to the freebies!

K-2
Probably the most important years of a child's educational development are in the primary grades. Rachelle Smith has a fabulous resource titled: Punctuation Perfection! It has been downloaded over 100,000 times! There are six posters included for: question mark, exclamation point, period, comma, quotation marks, and apostrophe.

3-5
For the intermediate grades, we have featured a free Character Traits list from Elementary Solutions. There are 88 character traits included that can help you with the Common Core Standards for Reading (RL 3.3, RL 4.3).
6-12
Our first middle/high school freebie is a Science one. It is titled: Graphic Organizers Common Core Science and Technical. It comes from Science Stuff, who is a top Science contributor on TPT (teacherspayteachers). Included are two graphic organizers that can be used for any science informational text that your students may use!
Please feel free to share this blog post with colleagues in your district that could benefit from the free resources!
